3 sets of donkey kick back 15 reps 20 lbs
3 sets of calf presses 20 reps 30 lbs
Thursdays
4 sets of conventional deadlifts 50 lbs
3 sets of standing lunge 50 lbs
3 sets of goblet squats 25 lbs
3 sets of cable leg single kickback 25 lbs
4 sets of seated calf raise 25 lbs
