4 sets of weighted squats 8 reps 50 lbs
3 sets of leg extensions 20 reps 40 lbs
3 sets of hip adductors 20 reps 20 lbs
3 sets of leg curls 20 reps 40 lbs
3 sets of leg press 20 reps 130 lbs
3 sets of donkey kick back 15 reps 20 lbs
3 sets of calf presses 20 reps 30 lbs

Thursdays

4 sets of conventional deadlifts 50 lbs
3 sets of standing lunge 50 lbs
3 sets of goblet squats 25 lbs
3 sets of cable leg single kickback 25 lbs
4 sets of seated calf raise 25 lbs

I haven't worked out at all this week :wow: starting back Sunday with my yoga

5 sets of 12-16 squats
5 sets of stationary barbell 12 -16 lunges, on each leg,
5 sets of 12-16 leg curls

5 sets 15 standing calf raises

5 sets 8-12 straight leg deadlift (hamstring and lower back)
5 sets 8-12 Good mornings

Twice a week

will be doing this three times a week, by april hopefully.

Leg day was yesterday, I'm doing 10,8,5,3 which is a mix of endurance plus strength.
●Dumbbell lunges
●Leg extensions Pyramid
●Leg Curl Pyramid
●Sumo Squats
●Calf Raises
I been trynna get bike into power cleans but I'm having a hard time with the form. I also want to start doin dumbbell straight leg deadlifts.

I thought I was killing it on leg day, but some of the volume in here :whoo:

I work up to 3 sets of Squats x 5

3 sets of Barbell Lunges, x 8 per leg

3 sets of DB Step ups on a box, x 8 per leg

3 sets of Standing Calf Raises 10 slow reps ss w/10 fast reps

All good and on track to join the 400/300/500 club in ~3-4 months.... Gotta keep straining & gaining in the name of STRENGTH :win:

Yeah. Years ago, I determined doing leg curls and leg extensions was a waste of energy and cut those exercises out of my leg exercise days and replaced it with doing more squats.

i would say maybe leg extensions are a waste more than leg curls. You hit you quads enough if you DL,Squat,Lunge
Cant forget those hammies
