These 2 people would rarely cross paths. Likely he followed her, but if the building is as secured as they claim how would he know where she lived?
Story says they don't know one another, but I doubt it.

If it said they met on Tinder/Feeld/FetLife/etc....it'll be considered "victim blaming"
Very interesting choice of apps.

That ain't no damn luxury building. DailyMail capping. Luminary at One Light is a luxury apartment building. The Avalon on President St,
Alta Federal Hill etc. This shyt is literally around the corner from one of the biggest open air drug markets in the city. I done seen nikkaz hustling on those very steps.:snoop:

I was gonna say...

$1500 doesn't get you much these days. Anywhere. They taxing people in hoods all over for that shyt just cuz they turned a project into a high rise and made it 'look' better.

This entire story reeks of something. I'm just not sure what it is. Her being a techie or whatever, Im sure she haf her own personal setup---Ring, Nest or something bare minimum wise at least. I'm sure that (and other forensic evidence) was how they were able to pinpoint the suspect so quick.

Being paroled after 10 years after a 30 year bid tho...man that's tough. U wanna believe in rehabilitation but at the same time, some of these mfs gone scum til the day they die.

No shortage of bytches around here that love scum bag hood nikkaz. Plus the building directly across the street has cameras to shed a light on how he got into the building.
The real luxury buildings in the city you can't just waltz up in there uninvited. Concierge and security the first people gonna dead any type of random visiting if you look out of place. They don't even allow delivery drivers access to the units majority of the time.

:mjlol: @ all these nikkas thinking that a camera and a door man is gonna keep a "pawg" safe. When I lived in DC, i literally lived next door to a woman who was raped and murdered on Halloween night (The Woodner apartments.. look it up) the case is STILL unsolved a decade plus later. I had cops in my hallway for days and I was home when her brother found her body and and started screaming in spanish. I came home fukked up on Halloween night and went right to bed when this shyt was probably taking place. Spooky as fukk.

AND we had a doorman and hella cameras.
Was she bad ?

They knew each other.....or she was comfortable enough to let him in the crib.

May or may not have been physical. Guessing he had one idea and she had another idea....but if he's a rapist, he may have wanted to rape/kill even if she was willing to consent on her own without force.

Oh I can very much believe this. The only thing they didn’t count on was him murdering a white woman in an affluent area.

I’ve said this a million times, they parole violent criminals early to wreak havoc back in the communities they initially terrorized. Meanwhile, non-violent offenders selling dimebags get unduly long sentences.

This is all by design but because the victim in this case is a rich white woman, heads will roll this time. Quote me.
Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Play the game: whenever someone is caught committing the crime, watch them have priors for the exact.same.crime.

If they just kept the ones they already caught in jail, violent crime rates would PLUMMET.

And before y'all start talking about "...bUt BuT tHe CrImE BiLl":
1. The vast majority of black people don't commit violent crimes.
2. The vast majority of the victims of these crimes are other black people
