He was staring hard so I pretended like my tap to pay didn’t work and I left. I *never* went back up there. He clearly was monitoring my routine and God knows what he had planned for me that night. I was shaking because what reason did he have to be sitting behind a vending machine peering through cracks when he’s on security duty? Very odd and very frightening. And it was sad because I loved how safe I felt in that particular apartment, crazy how one man completely ruined my experience.

No one wants violent criminals let back into society. NO ONE.

No one thinks good behavior in prison should mean you are released back to civilization.

The type of decision never ever consider the prior victims either. You think the family or his prior victims want this evil man back on the streets. Now he has new victims and new families with trauma
