I never even beat Mario on the Gameboy

am I the only one? and those Batman games are crazy with those riddler things

when I saw Xbox 360 had achievements, i was like :snoop:

I often would come close and would get busy. Then my brother would beat it ahead of me and Id say fuggit. Was the case with GTA3 , Killzone and God of War

Ghost Recon, I was in a level with a ton of boats and cuban gunmen who were damn near impossible to locate. I finally beat it to move on and my file got corrupted or the game froze or some shyt. I had to toss the game in the bushes after that. Still cant believe i beat that mission.

Dark Cloud, I was stuck with the fat hawaiin looking dude and no weapons but his mallet. That shyt is terrible...no way I was beating that level. I was too angry to try more than a couple times.

A game i did beat to the finale was Splinter Cell though for the PC or PS2 i forget. I love that game :to:. I also beat Soul Calibur 2 and both onimushas :ahh:. Cant remember what else I've beat.

its because there are so many titles to choose I think

I VERY rarely finish game, mainly because I become a little bored with it and some other game come out, so I check it out and forget about the one before :manny:

I've been getting that way as I get older. I think it's a combination of a few things though

1. Work and other responsibilities, so less time to devote to playing.

2. When you were a kid, getting a new game was rare. Your ass made sure played that shyt from top to bottom since you never knew when you were getting your next game. As an adult, I've got a crazy backlog and tend spread my time playing multiple games.

3. Lack of interest. Games don't pull me in like they used to. After my girl and son go to sleep, i'm usually too damn tired to turn on a game. I'd rather throw on a movie or do something more productive.

I'll get one of those rare games that have me hooked every once in awhile though. :manny:

I guess I just love sports games because I like how it keeps track of your stats and you could break real life records

for example, I dropped 104 points with D-Wade on NBA Live then 125 points with Lebron on NBA 2k11 (against the Cavs :youngsabo: )

then

I broke the NFL passing record with Chad Henne on like Madden 11' :russ:

I did finish all the Street of Rages and wrestling games though. I never could stay interested in Mario though

Yeah me too. I used to finish every game as a youngster, but some of these games now are 40+ hours and I don't have time for all that.

If I let it sit for a while, I can't go back to where I left off either because by then I've forgotten half the shyt.

Trill stories, I haven't finished a game in so long and my back log is retarded. I even had to force myself to complete Tekken's arcade mode. I can only rock fighting games since its quick to get into and turn off. My attention span for games is :deadrose: nowadays :to:
