Police interrogated me before, I refused to talk. They asked me the same questions like 10 times and I just played dumb as hell. Then they brought me this paper saying I have no recollection of any events or some shyt and was like are you sure you don’t know anything. I said yes and signed the paper. As soon as I signed, they said ok, we are charging you obstruction of justice for withholding evidence

I never encountered anything like that but I have been placed in a police car on some bullshyt you match the description excuse. Had my ID and everything and they were trying their best to hit me up with all kinds of questions which I didn't answer. They were trying to get me to act out and get pissed (had me in the car 45 minutes) just so they can charge me with disorderly. After 30 minutes they saw it wasn't gonna work they had another call and let me go. No apologies, no nothing. Just handed me back my ID and burned off.
