dog needs to go to obedience training, idk why that isn't mandatory for dog owners. Also by large, sled dogs and wolf/dog hybrids are more dangerous than pit bulls.

Just after 11 p.m. on Dec. 27, the owner was walking their dog on a leash when the man approached them, pulled a handgun from his pocket, and shot and killed the dog after it growled at him.

According to Phoenix police, the shooter said, "Sorry," and continued walking, leaving the scene.
