I think she was concerned about the man. As usual owners are either casually doing nothing or nowhere to be found.

I like animals, but at this point I think you should have a special license for pitbulls and if your dog bites anyone you can go to jail if you get another pit or any dog since you're putting yourself, the animal, and others at risk.

Dogs get like that from terribly purposely negligent owners.

I’m in the process of buying a knife for my walks as the woods where I live has these types of dogs off the leash.

I’m sure the owners think they won’t attack, it it’s not a risk I’m wanting to take anymore.
