I'm agreeing with you, they could have chosen to not do the exchange face to face but they went with a different option and instead met at a safe space.

What I'm saying is most of the conjecture about the "why's" is constructed to place blame on the person who didn't murder anyone, people are even going as far as suggesting she should have known that her new boyfriend would kill her ex outside of a police station which ignores the reason someone would meet outside of a police station.

why the boyfriend brought a gun to an exchange?
This is looking premeditated

Maybe you're onto something here, how would you personally sus out whether or not someone you're talking to would potentially murder someone?

Bruh I'm really not in the mood for this back and forth for something that has a very obvious answer. We'll just agree to disagree cause this would go on all day.

RIP. Police station to ensure safety, which suggests to me that the father has had issues with this guy before and decided to pick a place he assumed would reduce risks of violence/confrontation.

I'm just as disinterested in a back and forth. Just curious about how you personally would be able to tell whether or not a person you're dating is a potential murderer.

While it's true that people meet at police stations for safety reasons, you're making an assumption about who arranged that meeting point based on incomplete information.

Above the fray.
Child exchanges more dangerous than drug deals these days.
The guy in this story is a special breed of demon though.

That spot was chosen for a reason, YET he opened fire in front of the child, in broad daylight in a POLICE STATION parking lot.

There are cold blooded killers who wouldn't even do this.
These incidents wouldn't happen or get that far without someone guiding them on emotional control...

But go and pretend environment doesn't shape a person...
"Emotional control" like a remote control?

Some Dudes grew up with only mothers, so their default view is about women controlling things. And even people.

Person who grows up in traditional household might have a default view of men controlling things. And if he had a good father, he would definitely have been raised to control HIS actions, and be accountable for them. You're taught that there are some things in life you cannot control, but you are responsible for the things that you CAN control.

Thinking that a heinous BROAD daylight shooting is because a grown man is being guided and emotionally controlled by a woman is unbelievable to me.

You want the mother to be the problem so badly and not the dude that can't control his emotions to the point he'd shoot someone dead in the parking lot of a police station. He's the problem, no matter where someone brought him.
The chances of the mother being completely blameless in this tragedy is minus 10000%

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
@Rawtid is right tho. We all know women are horrendous at making proper decisions when it comes to the safety of others. So really as a man it’s your job to not let a woman control you. No woman is capable of making me shoot another man that she got issues with.

with that being said both are at fault. Bad decisions should def have accountability as well.
