I'm not trying to shield anyone from blame, I just think when people say things like "it's clear all 3 parties shoulder some levels of blame" the person saying it should then lay out how they arrived at that conclusion so we don't have to make ridiculous and lazy leaps like "she should have known her boyfriend would murder someone in front of a police station that we only met at for the safety it provides"

This man will go to prison for the rest of his life but the mom, who allowed him to be there (knowing what state of mind he was in), will get to ride off in the sunset with that mans daughter and probably find another piece of shyt to link up with.

Some people are mature enough to be able to peacefully coexist after a breakup. My ex wife is not, I wouldn't put it past her to have some nikkas waiting for me at a drop off point to jump me which is why his drop off is his daycare. If my son has to be held out if daycare due to illness his drop off and pick up is my parents house, I don't have to be there either. I don't understand why people insist on having to see their ex all the fukking time.

A lot of people use kids as an excuse to stay in their ex’s face and business. They refuse to move on.
