if i dont feel like it i dont do it. its that simple. theres times where id work out 3 to 5 dsys a week for a few months and then take a week or two off or just do one or two days. i dont push my body anymore cuz i aint a flabby ass nikka. there is no point in forcing yourself to workout unless u have to for whatever purpose (competition, sheer will, ect.)
