if i dont feel like it i dont do it. its that simple. theres times where id work out 3 to 5 dsys a week for a few months and then take a week or two off or just do one or two days. i dont push my body anymore cuz i aint a flabby ass nikka. there is no point in forcing yourself to workout unless u have to for whatever purpose (competition, sheer will, ect.)

I'm a walking injury so every few months I will do nothing for a week or a week a half. Let my tendons love me again.

I just fukked my diet and no pop rule up the last 3 days. Went to my mom and dads and i didnt really want to resist. Now im back though and feel good. Its all about balance. :mjgrin:

Just got off a month long break. Previously I was doin 3-4 day, 30-45 minute sessions out the week. Its funny, because I was eating so unhealthy and fatty, yet I ended up losing weight. Can't lie, whenever I step back into the gym I start getting addicted.

Haven't taken more than a week off since 2014.
I hate the way I feel (mentally) when I'm out of the gym for too long.
