Thug had a deal to come home now but he would serve 15 years probation. They couldn't agree on release conditions so he didn't accept it.

The State now wants him to serve 25 years in prison (20 years probation). This is a recommendation.

Thug's defense will give their recommendation.

Then the Judge will decide.

That's a big risk he's taking. 15 year probation but get to go home today is way better than risking 25 years in prison and 20 years of probation. I would take the deal then move to Mexico for thr next 15 years and only come to the states to tour :yeshrug:

Walk free? He's doing at least 15-20...I bet money.

Them reports he's coming home are fantasy land.
They were apparently close to a deal where he would serve 15 years on probation but they couldn’t agree to terms. It’s possible he does less than 15 or get out all together with long term probation if it was on the table before.

There's absolutely no way that his parole would allow the bolded. :mjlol:

That said, taking the deal sounds like a good deal, but if the terms of his parole are such that it almost guarantees that he'd violate at some point, having to ride out 15 years might've been way easier said than done.

This!!!

Nikkas are just reacting without actually understanding what his plea means... :pachaha:

"Williams changed his plea to guilty on gang-related charges. This is a non-negotiated plea deal, which means the final decision on sentencing is up to the judge."

THIS IS STUPID IMO.

Young Thug was near a plea deal that would have released him from jail today on 15 years probation.

But they couldn’t agree on his release conditions
