They couldn't come to an agreement on a plea deal? If the offer is he gets to walk then i don't see how he couldn't take it and run so my guess is that's not offer is not in play. They not gona offer him the opportunity to walk for nothing back. They got to save face somehow so they gona ask for somthing like snitching on somone else but I don't see Thug doing.
