They didn't say he was innocent, there wasn't enough visible evidence(like a body cam) to charge him with a Federal Crime since it wasn't a Hate Crime, he didn't Cross State Lines to murder Mike Brown or evidence that violated Mike Brown Civil Rights to charge him.:camby:

Okay so if there wasn't "enough visible evidence", why didn't Eric Holder charge the race soldiers who killed Tamir Rice and Eric Garner?

Why didn't Eric Holder or Kamala(she was California AG at the time) punish this race soldier above?

Like I said, y'all don't wanna do this shyt. :mjlol:

Obama's DOJ said Darren Wilson was innocent. Do we really wanna do this shyt? :mjlol:
Not even 10 replies in and Obama and both sides already came up. So GOP can do the worst and it’s but Dems. Dems wear a T-shirt or talk hot sauce and it’s 10+ pages deep being extremely critical lmao.

And yet the cops who beat up Rodney King were charged AND CONVICTED by Bush Sr’s DOJ. But Timothy Loeman couldn’t be charged at all? :jbhmm:

On May 7, federal prosecutors began presenting evidence to the federal grand jury in Los Angeles. On August 4, the grand jury returned indictments against the three officers for "willfully and intentionally using unreasonable force" and against Sergeant Koon for "willfully permitting and failing to take action to stop the unlawful assault" on King. Based on these indictments, a trial of the four officers in the United States District Court for the Central District of California began on February 25, 1993.[50]
