Obama's executive order was illegal in that it circumvented immigration law. It has to be written into legislation. This was part of his immigration policy. They thought it was a game.

Was it illegal though? Says who? There is no definitive answer to the questions surrounding Executive Order, only interpretation. Ideally it should be written into legislation, but there's a certain irony I've been enjoying in seeing that even Trump has to deal with the same headache Obama had to deal with. Yep 30% is WAYYY too high for a president who ran a campaign on ethnic xenophobia, and that could have made a difference in some of the battleground states. It goes to show you that a lot of these people identify with white supremacy but the cacs are like, "No, you hombres are brown"
