Well its confusing because an entire region is under one ethnic group which is stupid.

You have republican Cubans strong holds
You have Democrat Mexicans strong holds
You have republican South Americans in coastal cities.

So we don't get the politics behind each group and what their needs are. Assuming ever "Latino" is going to identify with immigration is stupid.

It was said that deporting criminal illegal immigrants made a decrease of the prison population (which the US is #1 with most inmates). That's way different than Trump's intentions. Now ICE will go after families, not just criminals.

Correct. Families that have had 8 years to get college educated and build up America dollars. Congress had 8 years to define a path to citizenship for the DACA protected folks. They didn't. Their parents knew damn well what it could be bringing them over here.
