Monty should have been fired after the Mavs series. He was outcoached in most playoff series. They should have given Ayton the extension after the Finals run instead of ruining the relationship and chemistry. If they didn't match Ayton they would have lost Ayton for nothing

James Jones was smart any trade that involved Ayton would have been a downgrade. Turner is the worst rebounding center in the league and a below average post defender. They wouldn't have had the success if you replace Ayton with Turner.

It make sense to have Beal in the Manu role. Booker + Beal ain't worked.... They skillsets too similar and startin both and Tyus that defense is cooked wit 3 guards. Dunn a rook but he give em size, defense, athleticism they badly need. Beal wit bench unit and shooters like Royce and Grayson make more sense to get em goin too. I dunno if it fixes any of problems long term but lineup change make em better IMO
