A black man who went from Cassius Clay to the most Muslim name ever is one if the most revered icons in the last 100 years of American history.

As a kid that resonated with me especially with my parents being immigrants from a Muslim African nation.

All of the boxing clips, all of his commentary on social and political ills of this country are still relevant because the power dynamics never change,

He will continue to inspire others. May Allah grant him paradise.

Rest in power, one of the greatest to ever live. He's at peace now, someone as strong as he is, I know he's at peace not having to be in a condition that didn't allow him to be himself. I'm still in shock though, I'm just laying in bed in the same position since I heard the news :mjcry:
