You’d be doing “addition by subtracting” him in a trade as well so what are you saying :mjlol:
not if youre trading for more deadweight / shyt thatll make you a treadmill team

yall still haven't told me anybody viable that they can acquire and become a contender

My Pops Forever RIP
during the pandemic fiasco, when they initially decided they weren’t going to let him play at all, they should’ve traded him to a team in a city/state that didn’t have those rigid requirements…I think he was at peak trade value then…letting him come back and play road games was a mistake…I think around that time the owner pretty much knew he wasn’t gonna feel comfortable maxing out kyrie and it’s led to a fake power struggle…there’s no longer any reason to keep a disgruntled kyrie around bcuz he has proven he’s very capable of finding new and exciting ways to sabotage/distract the team lol…it’s easier for me to say in hindsight but we should’ve been traded him…if we’d gotten back decent pieces for him then I think we would’ve been able to placate KD…maxing out kyrie was never the answer tho…he’s not gonna get that contract he’s looking for from ANY a team at this point…his availability mentally/physically will always come into question
That didn’t happen because there was talk that if they had done that, Irving would just retire.
