How is this only what you offer for Kyrie? Rob is fukking ridiculous, the nets don’t want to increase their luxury tax, and you don’t even throw in an offer that is based around that goal??

Because kyrie wanted to get a four yr max in the offseason. Where he could easily walk if he wanted(like Dwight did). Lakers would’ve put more if Kyrie was agreeing to a 2 yr extension. Kyrie can still walk away from Dallas if he wants in the offseason and they’ll have given these picks and players for half a season rental

Disagree

Luka facilitates but his support was trash. Most possessions down he makes at least one pass if not more...he will drive the lane and get collapse on to kick it out for someone to brick it. Hes more than willing to facilitate if that leads to the best shot available. Just seems like more often than not him throwing just about anything up was the best offense this year
We will see.

It’s just my opinion from watching Luka is that he’s not a very patient leader.

Kyrie is a headache. His teammates either have to ignore or support his fukkery. I don’t see Luka doing either one of those things. Also Kyrie NEVER mentioned the mavs as a place he wants to play. He actually wanted to go to Boston and BK and we see how that turned out:francis:

Trading Harden to Philly wasn't the mistake (for both Philly and Brooklyn fukked that up). Acquiring Harden in the first place set all this in motion.
Potentially

That was a typical win now move to take the team over the edge. I dont think they sniff the finals the way they were constructed prior to the harden trade

Luka is young and had a lot of success in europe, it wouldnt surprise me if he lacked patience.

We will see how it goes on the court. Teammates seem to like kyrie more or less. It's the suits that cant stand him
