I'm not against border protection, but a state that is part of a union, and not trying to secede, does not supercede the authority of its nation.

It's gone to court, Texas lost, so comply with the laws you claim to care about so much.

If not, they should roll his wheelchair to the waters on the other side of the wire.

:whew:

Biden has been a horrible president. All he has to do is close the borders like a sane person and his poll numbers go back up. Nope they are determined to undermine black Americans.
I mean... If you actually read what's going on. The have a border deal in place but the R's are tanking the deal because then they won't be able to campaign on immigration issues this year...It's all smoke and mirrors to stay in power. Don't fall for the okie doke

A couple of things:

You said Americans barely have Jobs. That’s incorrect, there are plenty of jobs available. We can argue about the pay and quality of jobs but to say there aren’t any jobs is just incorrect. The tent city issue is due to the fact many of these Jobs aren’t paying well. That’s not an immigration issue that’s a labor and federal economic policy issue. The American economy has shifted from a manufacturing and labor intensive economy to a knowledge base economy if you wanted to end the tent cities you could just provide universal college, universal trade programs, etc. That would increase salaries and help with tent cities.

The immigrant movement as a preferred minority doesn’t hold up because these immigrants are conservative in nature and would lean towards republicans in the future (See Florida).
Bro you're spitting too much knowledge and deeper policy issues in here. A lot of people in here angry are just grievance voters. I have never once felt my job was threatened by an immigrant. If you do, that says more about you and the skills that you have acquired and developed as an adult. Most of them come over and do the jobs that Americans don't want to do either do to pay or working conditions. But those are issues we should be pressing are elected representatives about but choose not to.

People fall for the same bullshyt every year. When dems in office it’s always a border problem lmao. You won’t hear about the border for four years when republicans are in office.
Remember the great migrant wave they were screaming loudly about before the 2020 election that they stopped talking about once Trump lost. It's the same fear mongering/grievance politics. What's crazy is that people haven't correlated it yet. But people choose to ignore reality when the lie fits their narrative and is more convenient.

I mean.... are you just supposed to let anyone in regardless?
Nations should have the ability to secure their borders. The issue is that, this isnt really a issue of a weak border. Its the side effects of American Imperialism in Central America and the fact that illegal immigration is a systematic issue that is being propped up and enabled by hundreds of corporations. There wouldnt be illegal immigration if you 100% had to be a legal citizen to work here.

Building a fence or wall is asinine because it doesnt address the problem as to why and how so many illegals come here in the first place. Republicans (and Democrats for that matter but mostly republicans) dont want want you asking "why", theyd rather just paint them all as "the Mexican Horde who want to to come to the greatest country on Earth"

National guard mafukkas do not want active duty smoke! :mjlol:
First off, Trust and believe, those Guardsmen hate life. Operation Lonestar is a involuntary call up and they arent even being paid a real Active Duty salary for it. :francis:

Secondly, this isnt going to happen anyway. Due to Posse Comitatus, Active Duty troops cannot get involved in this in any meaningful way. Nor would any sitting president send them to oppose National Guard forces.

IF it truly got out of hand, Biden could just put the NG troops on title 10 status which puts them in Federal status, but that would be a trump level petty waste of resources and playing with peoples lives (tho the NG troops would get active duty pay then).

It's crazy because the National Guard basically got fukked. Limits on the educational benefits, the state pencil whipping and loophole "active duty" time so that they don't receive full time pay while down on the border. I wonder how many are actually on board with this type of thinking from the Governor, rather than "its just my job".

Hazelton Act be damned, no way in hell would I want to be in the NG. Air National Guard all the way

The funniest part is that Biden can activate all of the Texas National guard and make them active then they'll fall under his command. I would do it just to be petty :mjlol:
nikkas completely ignoring me saying this 4-5 pages back. The fact Biden isn’t yielding that power is more damning than “closing the border.” A power that JFK used to get and ensure the safety of Black students at UA-Tuscaloosa is what these dumb fukks are confident that Hot Wheels wants Biden to do. COINTELPRO level psyops being carried out on this site :snoop:
