This was all predictable and Dems knew this would happen since day one cause we knew the make up of the court. I dont know why folks are acting suprised by the court now. Biden could have been trying to codify Roe and protect democracy from day 1. Instead he and the dems did nothing but sit back and watch. And their only plan going forward is to sit back and watch while the SC takes us back to the 1950s.

To be honest ending the filibuster wouldn't matter they still won't be able to get to 50 votes. Although I feel Democrats aren't doing enough they wouldn't have the votes for the law.
