Chargers Dean Spanos just announced that the Chargers are staying in San Diego for "at least" one season. And try to work it out here in San Diego :blessed:

Me team is staying brehs :ahh:

It's the way it should of been. LA is Rams town. Still feel sorry for my StL brehs when I say that.

You think that the city will pass a bill to pay a part of the stadium? I seen the news earlier while working out.

Spanos nor Mark Davis wants to be under Stan Kronke. Kronke wants LA and the Inglewood stadium all to himself. He's going to lowball any team that wants to move in with him and the league won't step in.

The City/County is already willing to put in 350 Million. Add that to the 300 Million that the NFL is putting in.
That's 650 million for a 1.1 Billion dollar stadium. That's a good start without even adding PSL's, Stadium Naming Rights, Sponsorships.
The City and Spanos are both willing to start over from scratch. And come up with a fair plan for both the Chargers and tax payers. It's supposed to go to a vote on the November ballot. I think it will be too good of a deal to not pass.

It's obvious that the NFL wants to keep football in San Diego.

Agreed. But he also deserves to have all of it. He's paying for all of it. I would do the same if I were him too.
