He bought it out of bankruptcy court and at least was able to eventually salvage a full season before merging with the USFL. Believe he still has a financial stake in the new league.

And apparently Vince isn’t the producer of the doc. He has NO SAY on what is put in it. That’s what Bill Simmons has said. And according to Meltzer who was interviewed for the doc they talked about EVERYTHING.

That shyt is still coming…just don’t have WWE promote it.

The thing is no one can prove how much the WWE Corporate Officials knew about the allegations alleged in the complaint, the only thing that can be gleaned from the suit is that they knew about the affair. Do you think Vince was letting board members know he and Laurinaitis were raping an employee regularly? The reason he got forced out the first time is because he involved high level corporate officials in the NDA process and it bit him in the ass this time. If HHH is indeed Corporate Officer #1 he just knew about the relationship but nothing beyond that (that can be proven anyway). HHH was on the outs with McMahon at this time, pretty much stripped of all of his powers and responsibilities but you think this is a man he would trust with covering up multiple rapes?

I dunno...Netflix going all in on WWE with their TV deal while also doing a documentary exposing the sordid personality of the man who built the company seems like something they'd probably want to avoid.

I'd be surprised if we see the documentary anytime soon.

I’ll say this though.. I was sick as hell with Covid recently and was pretty much off my phone, just in recovery mode.. and watching wrestling without really being involved in the online tomfoolery be a little refreshing. Like really just watching the weeklys without having a million people telling you why what you’re watching is actually the worst thing ever is kinda cool.


But I also like talking wrestling and outside of 2 of my homies, nobody in my life watches this shyt.. plus y’all boys cool, so fukk it we ball
