Worst case would be that he isn't interested in recruiting, mailing it in so his son has a chance, and his son is ass.
Most nfl coaches have no interest in the recruiting grind, and appreciate dealing with professionals.
Guys like urban went to the league to get away from recruiting and that's at a place like Ohio State that can pull top 10 classes in its sleep

The recruiting will be fine. There’s nothing high risk about it. Best case scenario outweighs the worst and it’s not even close.
Bad deal for both parties involved. Belli handing them a 400 page guideline and saying his son will succeed him. And on the flipside, there's no way Belli wants to deal with recruiting, the portal, and dealing with alumni & boosters.

There is no way Beli is serious about this. Either you agree to be the coach, or you don't. Dude is floating stories so that people know he got the job offer. How do you interview for a head coaching job, and not discuss what you would need to do the job?
