If you only show love to get love your intentions were never pure in the first place.

Go and search for that crazy twitter thread, they went off on him real hard, DAMN! It's still on here.

That was when he went no holds barred with the ados movement. He was holding back for a very long time but them c00ns set him loose.

I didn't use caps because I'm mad about anything happening to Tariq

I used caps because I'm frustrated/exhausted because I've had to post the exact same post over and over and over and over and over and over and over, in tons of different threads

And y'all clearly just ignore it, which means y'all are being extremely disingenuous, which always leads me to believe that y'alls issue with Tariq is EMOTIONAL, not LOGICAL/RATIONAL/FACTUAL

He got banned. We're in here just trying to flesh out the story and plan our next move

Nobody is "mad". We're exasperated
Whatever you wanna call it breh, you clearly feel some type of way and it ain't a good feeling.

Just MY opinion here but I think that's the result of tryna have things both ways. #ADOS and FBA remove any association with "Africa" or "African" whatsoever, yet y'all want us to feel some sort of kinsmanship here. Y'all swear there's no problem with Africans or Caribbeans but how many threads are in the bushes concerning them alone? How many dumbass threads like "I just put this Nigerian chick out of my crib #ADOS" flooded with daps (including you)? How many times have you seen that :mjpls: smiley in the gele (like a Nigerian woman) dapped up? How many times have you seen statements like "fukk y'all Africans"-- again, dapped up? And when people try to TELL y'all there's a problem with this shyt, it's brushed off. Now when you finally see what this rhetoric REALLY looks like, it's a problem.

And people ain't even celebrating, or saying "fukk y'all Black Americans", or none of that. All people said is 'HYON'-- The exact same shyt he BEEN saying :dwillhuh:

yes. now what is your point?

Why is this an issue then? Connecting with non-ados blacks, coming to an agreement on white supremacy's hold power over us globally, engaging in business with one another, etc. That's all Pan African shyt :unimpressed: if our concern is us and us alone then there should be no reason to be going to the UK, promoting something like Hidden Colors, worrying about being banned, none of that. They got their own lineage and history right? So that shyt has nothing to do with Tariq right? That's their own oppressor working in their own interest which leads to their own justice claim. If we're keeping the same energy, they should feel like Tariq is tryna come there and eat off the idea of 'sameness'

I literally addressed all this nonsense you just repeated in my last post.

Idk what any of this has to do with the white UK government banning him from premiering a film to a bunch of immigrants who paid to see it

I also don’t know how you equate a documentary showing to mean “Pan africanism” is thriving.

I buy sodas at the African store. That’s not “Pan African”.

Acknowledging the failure and obsolete nature of Pan africanism doesn’t mean you don’t congregate with other groups of black people.

Again. Y’all keep thinking this, get told otherwise, and then get flustered when you see it.

#ADOS
So while your focused on Africa immigrants, legions of ADOS, cacs, and every other group is vicmizing you left and right, causing you real harm. African immigrants mostly stay to themselves and stack they bread. But for some reason this enrages black Americans.

I have two Nigerian parents but was born and raised in America. Because of this I move in both nigerian and black Americans societies comfortably. While I recognize this as a huge advantage, I've been able to make many observations. One thing I have seen is it while both groups have huge flaws,. there are amazing qualities and characteristics in both groups if you're willing to look.

I attended PVAMU and learned under some of the best and brightest ADOS scholars. I've also studied in Africa and worked with extremely bright. Nigerian intellects. There is amazing beauty in all black people. I choose to find the solid ones and build, while people like you look for negatives and divide.

We're simply not cut from the same cloth.
You don't know me or my story so how could you know what kind of cloth I'm cut from? The problem is, instead of listening to the very real concerns of ADOS, you trynna come up with reasons to disqualify my opinion. I'm a 2nd gen Harlemite, child of a Panther, attended an independent school in the city, boarding school, then an Ivy. Throughout my education, the 'black clique' was comprised of all flavors of black. I was raised pan-Africanist. I have no inherent bias against black immigrants. They are or have been my friends, my enemies, my teachers, my lovers, and my family members.

What I've noticed though, politically, not personally, is that ADOS aren't faring well in this arrangement. We've largely been supplanted in education. Our first black president wasn't of us. Local congressman for most of my life and former head of the Ways and Means Committee (the part of Congress that controls the purse strings), Charles Rangel, was not of us and look at how we doing. There are very few ADOS businesses in Harlem. I have some serious questions and concerns and, instead of addressing them as an ally should, even so-called sensible immigrant blacks dismiss them and are outright disrespectful.

Is this how an ally behaves? :jbhmm:

White europeans racist? No way! I never would have thought!

:mjlol:

Man I'm done with with this site.

It should be obvious but then you have people on here preaching about how amazing Europe is and how black people need to travel more to these places. Going on like once you leave America the rest of the world is enlightened.

The difference is they can come over here and get benefits that ADOS put in blood, sweat and tears for that we can’t get over there.

This is dumb logic, considering any one on an immigrant visa or visitors visa has no access to much in the states compared to a citizen. You coli nikkas just typ sh*t you hear other poeple think up in their heads out of thin air.

This has to be a mental illness.

But you never say that. Y'all Say Nigerians or "always people with that flag"

That's not about one person. If I talk about Kanye doing some c**n shyt I don't say ADOS. We playing silly games right now. If this was the case there wouldn't even be any opposition.

An ados c00n would be an apt descriptor for Kanye were we not in the US. Because we are, there's no need to distinguish him as such. He just a c00n.

Black Americans, like others in the diaspora, have our own unique brand of c00nery based on our relationship with white supremacy. Highlighting those distinctions or simply identifying someone outside the culture as a c00n is not an indictment of that entire culture.

No ones calling Nigerians or other non-ados c00ns writ-large. Y'all know this! There's no culture of hating Nigerians or Africans, who most ados just started coming into contact with 30 to 40 yrs ago. Calling out individuals or problematic segments of non-ados is what's being done. Rightly or wrongly, it's no different than how we ados deal with each other.

When Tariq was bluntly telling black feminists, black gays, and other black Americans to forgo their marginal or ancillary political identities and get on code, many of y'all were with it. The intersectional and buffer black American negroes hate Tariq. Yet, I see some even on this site, trying to assert some "black immigrant" political identity outside of, and arguably in conflict with what's happening with the majority of Black America. "Black and Hispanic" even made an appearance in this thread.

Tag me in whatever you're talking about, this thread is dumb long and I'm not reading all of it. I didn't say anything about Pan Africanism 'thriving', just that the behavior in this thread is some Pan African shyt. But you're telling me it's dead... Yet we should care about this.... and I'm still not sure why.
