But the BEST Russian Soldiers are DEAD.
Its about quality, not quantity. Russia is looking for rookies that are relatively untrained and immigrants that have no war experience.
Ukraine is fighting for its existence as a nation. That’s a situation where sacrificing all you have is justified.
