it's funny the sway social media has...those arena workers wouldnt be a thought had this happened 10 years ago. not even trying to be callous, but that's a 4-5 hr/night job 1-2 times per week, nice to cover it, but these people bout to lose the real hours they were working in other wage jobs, that $120/wk aint gonna get them far

There is validity here however I doubt that impacts decision making unless either a lot of players get it or high profile guys get it. All due respect, but Christian Wood ain't determining shyt. How do you schedule those 10 games? You would still have teams with different numbers of games played. If you are gonna start in June, you really have no other option but to you just start the playoffs. It probably would take a while for players to work up to the playoff level but you do have 4 rounds. Having the 7 game 1st round would actually serve a purpose for once. Playoffs take 3 months. True enough they may try to cut that down, but even if you fit it in in 2 months (which is really pushing it considering that guys have been off for 3 months) you are in mid August with training camp for next season a month away. You try to play regular season games and you basically eliminate the offseason. Now if this somehow gets us to the season starting in Decemeber and going through August then I am all for it.

These guys must lack a life outside of sports man. It’s ok not to be stuck in front of the TV all day. nikkas better get a hobby
