Some people on this site hate their own people. They been trashing the man the whole year lol.

Grant Cardone breaks all of the “marketing” rules with all of his businesses, including Cardone Capital (same thing as TREF) and cats in here saying “no other real estate firm does this!!!!!!!!1!1!1!”.
I just had to unfollow Grant Cardone cause I was getting hit with ads back to back to back on ig. Him and Jay market exactly the same and Grant talks just as much cash shyt, maybe even more.

NFLPA Releases Warning On Tulsa Real Estate Fund – SPORTS AGENT BLOG

NFLPA Releases Warning On Tulsa Real Estate Fund
BY CARLY REGEHR · AUGUST 8, 2018

Due to some suspicion, an NFLPA contract advisor informed the NFLPA that there’s something fishy floating in the investment waters. According to a statement, the NFLPA is taking subsequent action on that claim of which targets the Tulsa Real Estate Fund.

Jermaine Dyshon “Mr. Real Estate” Morrison and Olutosin Olayemi Oduwole, the those behind the TREF, are the subjects of the NFLPA investigation. With their links to The Jay Morrison Academy, a firm that praises itself for raising the financial intelligence of others, Morrison and Oduwole add insult to injury. Though the marrow of the situation is solicitation, TREF acknowledged the rap sheet of its executives, both of whom are reformed convicts.

here's the president of the NFLPA, guess he's a c00n now huh :mjlol:

Grant Cardone is a fraud though.. i used to work at a car dealership and they paid him like $20k or some shyt to do a web camera segment with our sales team. This was around 2011.

Then he had this website that had web videos on how to sell cars better and how he would sell 50-75 cars a month (average car sales person nationwide sells 6 cars a month. Although top sales people in the bay did hit 20-30 a month at times)

No mention of real estate or other businesses hes doing. Just sold himself to us as a top car sales person.

Fast forward to 2018 i see his videos all over facebook with the same sales bull shyt but now with real estate

But his timeline doesnt add up to when he was talking cars with us. He doesnt even mention car sales as far as from what I know

Telling us he sold cars for like 20 years or some shyt :mjlol: wheres that pitch now

I think the idea is that he's trying to desperately to market what he's doing. He wants attention, instead of making the moves necessary without IG and Twitter news cameras everywhere, he's flouting every small accomplishment.

I always use the Robert F. Smith example, the man literally gives capital straight to Black business and gives them free consulting to transform their business into the perfect machine, and he doesn't make IG posts weekly about his doing it.

I believe he could be doing what he said he is, I just need his social media push to stop as much.
Its almost as cringey as those inaccurate ass "Akon spent a billion dollars in Africa giving people electricity" posts.
basically, my hesitation with Jay Morrison isn't merely his marketing but HOW he markets.

at least the NFLPA is looking out cause athletes are the most gullible fools out there.

Millions of dollars in their pockets and none of the brains to handle it (often, but not always)

Dude was doing typical bull shyt showing us paycheck stubs “this month 18k from selling cars, this month 30k from selling cars” but no verification of from what dealership or what kind of cars of anything :mjlol:

Fake paycheck stubs more than likely.

Swindled our general manager out of $20k thats for sure :bryan:

Cardone got his start in the car sales business. That’s why he was brought out by your company. He talks about it in his books.

That’s why it’s important y’all do your research before you call people frauds. Like the man literally has a video of him going back to where he used to sell cars on YouTube lol. He’s frequently talked about it online. You don’t even need the books.

:russ: be a grown man with the mind of a 3 year old brehs

what thinking person believes a dude rocking furs and trying to sell you some shyt is completely on the up and up

I'm not sure how a mid 30s black man should dress to meet your standard. If guy wears suits 200 days out the year and throws on some flashy sh*t on his off time that invalidates everything he has to present? Due your due dilligence but this is corny. None of that has bearing on the stability of an investment vehicle. Ol' "he don't dress how I want him to so I know he scamming ass nicca." Have the mind of a f*ggot brehs.
