If you excelled in a specific industry and you had thousands of people asking for your personal mentorship, how else do you personally help these people?

Real estate is an apprenticeship that has to be learned by doing and real mentorship. Some course you watch online isnt going to get it and no legitimate real estate person will present themselves as a guru you can pay 99.99 and be on your way to real estate glory.

No shyt. That’s why he has and continues to offer personal mentorship as well at a cost. If you don’t want his, the courses explain the folks you need on your team, including mentors. The problem is, you aren’t informed of what he actually teaches and assume he’s just out here misinforming folks.

He’s helped many on their way to building wealth and has the receipts to prove it. You guys love stalking his IG for stuff to use against him, but neglect folks like Isaac Grace, who came from the streets and is doing deals left and right. So clearly what he has been doing is working.

I do not know what millionare....if that what he claims to be or real estate mogul charges for his wedding to others and also has had legal shyt in court?

I am curious about how many properties he owns.

What is so unbelievable about a black man using money to buy real estate? You guys do realize white people do this everyday... right? There are real estate investment trusts that manage billions of dollars for millions of people.. Jay Morrison’s fund is 1/10000 the size of the biggest funds so it’s not really that unbelievable to think he has the skill to manage it.

I think the idea is that he's trying to desperately to market what he's doing. He wants attention, instead of making the moves necessary without IG and Twitter news cameras everywhere, he's flouting every small accomplishment.

I always use the Robert F. Smith example, the man literally gives capital straight to Black business and gives them free consulting to transform their business into the perfect machine, and he doesn't make IG posts weekly about his doing it.

I believe he could be doing what he said he is, I just need his social media push to stop as much.
Its almost as cringey as those inaccurate ass "Akon spent a billion dollars in Africa giving people electricity" posts.

You know who else is a fraud as well. That Robert Kiyasoki guy that wrote Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
He was giving straight up illegal advice and hustling people out of millions, but his "financial freedom" claims and seminars had people on the ropes (there are plenty of Coli threads where they sing his praises).

His desperate attention grabs are what make Jay Morrison suspicious, not the fact that he's Black and trying to do something.
