Gruden is such a whore for attention. You can't tell me when Dooley and Butch got fired he wasn't in his office knowing he wasn't going to come but was still like 
every time he got name dropped. And he worked the system. He got a nice raise to continue commentating the first time around and the second time around he got a bigger paycheck to come back and coach the Raiders. Good for him. 
He's still an attention loving whore though.
