israel is a meaningless strip of land, that only holds significance for religious fanatics. i couldnt care less about our "important democratic ally, in a region of the world with no democracy "Posters falling for mastermind and cac mambas propaganda .
Because they love their fascist authoritarians when they're subjugating Palestinians. It's a real catch-22 for themThis is the shyt I can't wrap my head around. They know he's a corrupt piece of shyt who wants to be dictator and they keep electing him.
Their system isn't like our garbage where you can win with a minority of votes, right?
I’m not sure how the Ukraine has anything to do with this.israel is a meaningless strip of land, that only holds significance for religious fanatics. i couldnt care less about our "important democratic ally, in a region of the world with no democracy "
talk about propaganda
i dont even know if sweden has universal healthcare. if its actually 40 instead of ten, that just does more for my point
because the problem is that no one has defined "health care is a right", and who the right applies to
i guarantee that most people who are outraged about her comments would want to extend that 'right' to non-citizens, as part of their experience here i dont agree with that
true, but we're talking about the sheer volume of people who need healthcare. it really doesn't make sense to compare canada to US when it comes to providing healthcare when i dont think a US state has even done it successfully
for the record, i would LIKE this country to have universal healthcare, but i acknowledge there are problems that would come up
this is kind of reminding me of "universal healthcare"
a lotta people got outraged when miss america said she didnt believe it was a right. and i said "fine, i'll be outraged along with you. what does "universal healthcare is a right" mean, and who does that right apply to in america"
i didnt see one fukkin person define it :deadjay:and i dont mean on the coli, i mean on the news, etc
we have like 340 million people england has 50 million , germany has 80 million, japan has 120. all of the places that are "beating us" wouldnt be achieving that shyt with the same amount of people. canada with its universal healthcare has 35 million people and they tax the fukk out of them to keep it going
and im not some patriotic american, i dont give a fukk about this country just looking at it from an objective standpoint
ok, but if we implement universal healthcare....we all have to pay federal taxes
whats the next highest population that provides universal healthcare, and what does immigration look like in that country?
let me know when the "universal healthcare for all" crowd supports shutting our border the fukk down. just like canada, sweden, japan, the UK, and all those universal healthcare countries do
until then, they're an unserious people
ukraine this thread is about israel. that's their talking pointI’m not sure how the Ukraine has anything to do with this.
Imagine thinking we don’t have universal healthcare because we have military surplus to another country and not because people like you are selfish a$$holes who proudly are against it.
We have given Ukrainians over $50 billion in aid in one year and many Americans think that's fine. Meanwhile, our government says they can't pay for healthcare for all of its citizens.
It's American AF to question where our tax dollars are going, so no complaints on that, but I just want to clarify that the government says is 100% factual. 50 billion aint shyt.
For context, the 2021 increase - not the total spending, just the YoY increase - in spending for the national services of Medicare & Medicaid was $1.6 trillion. If we decided against supporting Ukraine and instead transferred that money to Medicare/Medicaid, it would increase the YoY spending by only 3% and would account for less than a 1% increase in Medicare/Medicaid funding.
That’s the issue, breh
Considering how much wealth is in this nation, we’d rather spend it in support of a nation that isn’t actually an ally.
Way to double down on your stupidity. You and @the cac mamba probably share that braincell.
