Or could be a collaboration to have Iranians save face even tho no civilians were killed and just a general and a few other military leaders. Not no mass casualty. They expect him to retaliate with bombs but there's no need to do all that when it'll be risking too much and involving too many other parties. Best to just sit back and wait. I think I see what you are getting at and that’s definitely the wrong answer here. Doing something like that would only strengthen his political agenda and popularity. It would ensure that the majority of the country would try to bring in the next guy that closely aligns with Trumps political views. It would be chaos.


Never mind the fact that the government can completely control the narrative in that situation because we won’t know all the facts. They can literally pin that crime on any group or affiliation that they want to.

I am in the military and have been in for 19 years and wrote multiple thesis on Iran’s military leadership and structure. I’m not an expert but I am very familiar with them especially their Army.

Was just watching a four hour old stream from Al Jazerra network with Turkey’s PM and Iraq’s PM talking about deescalation. From the looks of the discussion, I’d say the US is gonna get forced out of the region collectively by the players there.

even the way Iran is approaching it, they said they only wanna target the American military machine, or equipment, while trump wants to attack cultural heritage sites.

I wish some other country in the big 5 UN members would talk down about all this action.
