Dude is beyond washed…these franchises are run by morons

paul george has never won anything of merit
been injury prone most of his career and is turning 35 next, lets give him a 4 year max deal

only karl malone, kareem abdul jabbar, michael jordan, julius erving and lebron james have avg over 17ppg at 37 or 38

What point are you trying to make ? What significance does that hold? You are basically telling us you rank players based off media voted awards.
"Media voted awards"

So you are telling us your opinion on a basketball player weighs more than all the journalists combined opinions? :dahell:

It is 50-100 guys that spent their whole careers many hours per day just analyzing basketball and get paid good money to talk about what they see, and people pay to hear/read their opinion. + They have access to players, coaches and everything else. But somehow, you think your opinion weighs more.

Of course, if they got something completely wrong there would be very loud criticism, but I haven't heard any

even going to get worse, past 7 games :picard:
two of his biggest outputs were against charlotte and he shot 66% from three those games, he's basically putting up tobias harris numbers but getting paid like a top5 player in the league.

You have so much data on history that guys over 35 are basically on a downward trajectory and you give so much money. I remember when Kyle lowry wanted so much money and teh raptors just said bye bye thankfully

Ive been telling yall for years that PG is ass. There’s a reason why he’s only had one season in his career averaging over 25ppg. He’s never been that guy. Ever.

Yo it’s actually crazy when you think about it. nikka hasn’t even averaged 30 once :mjlol: And nikkas was saying PG better than Melo on here

Melo is ass too. At least PG is still in the league at age 34. At age 34, and after 10 games, the Houston Rockets sent Melo home for the season because he was so bad. Carmelo was a one dimensional fool, who didnt know how to do anything except score and ballstop.

Not tryna turn this into a pg vs melo thread. But when you actually look at both of their careers, pg has more success individual accolades and much more team success. Not by much, but still more nonetheless.

Give me PG over melo any day

Maybe the most overrated player I've ever seen. He NEVER catches heat either.

For the life of me, I couldn't understand why everyone was gassing Philly signing him. Did nobody watch his fukking series against the Mavs in the spring? He came through in ONE game in that series. :what:
