The NCAA has been complicit. Look at the Alabama case. Why do you think the Feds stepped in the 1st place? If you really wanted to find corruption, it does not take the resources of the US government. There is no way in Sam hell sandy bell and Cal would allow us or Nike to pay recruits under the table.
