lets jus assume biden and trump both had documents of the same security and sensitivity level...

the government requested Trump to disclose what documents he had and to return them...

he didn't... had to get raided for government to get them back

Bidens own lawyers came across his docs... contacted the government and returned them...

then his own people did further searches, found more... contacted the government and returned them

that's a big difference IMO

The two cases are not the same. Trump is under investigation for Obstruction because he refused to give the documents back after several requests and took steps to Obstruct and hide those documents from the FBI.

What Biden did was a careless mistake. I wouldn't be surprised if one of his aides had the documents and didn't return them.

It does make indicting Trump harder because American voters are stupid and don't know the difference. Republicans will capitalize on bad faith both sides shyt and voters will buy it.
