On the other hand, this offers insight into the crazy deal that CM has with Universal. If you're giving out 8 million dollar advances to Wayne EACH ALBUM, that means you're confident it will be recouped so they must be getting 8 or 9 bucks an album, this is the epitome of a P&D deal. Baby and Slim should go down in history for their business acumen but with all empires, greed will ruin it.

Drake was hot but lets be honest, he wouldn't have been nearly as hot if he wasn't with YM and with Nicki.
Wayne was possibly the HOTTEST rapper on the planet when he signed Drake. That helped establish Drake and got him on songs with Ross, Khaled, and put him in the mix with some of the hottest songs during that period.
