That's the part that scares me lol He was in the best place to evaluate talent not being with a franchise for the past few years so i'll just wait for the draft

He will be fine. Him alone would scare me. But with the structure it looks like Haslam is building he will be a compliment I think.

Don't forget he helped build the system the Pats use(building a team). Now picking those players to fit that system is a whole other story. But with Banner running the show I would be pretty confident.

Browns lowkey do have some pieces though but mostly on D, they've been competitive in alot of their games this year.
