Chip Kelly is likely to be named the Browns’ next head coach, barring a last-second change of heart by either Cleveland management or the Oregon head coach, ESPN 850 WKNR’s Tony Grossi said this afternoon.

“I think it's all over,” Grossi said. “Barring a setback to the Browns, Chip Kelly is the next coach…If something would collapse, it would be a surprise. This thing may have been locked up earlier than today"

What is even more crazy is that Oregon is going to open up a $68 million "football operations center" this year..

Blueprints submitted to the city of Eugene show 124 climate controlled lockers for the football players, each outfitted with an iPod dock and a charging station.
