Could be a sneaky good hire. Kelly will finally get to recruit kids that wouldn’t qualify for Notre dame. Idk how well he’ll relate to these SEC kids though.

Going to depend on the staff, this staff coach O hired last year was a A+ staff no one talks about it cuz he was a lame duck coach but he killed with the coaches he hired this past offseason minus the OC
ND fans don’t seem to love Kelly but the man has won a shytload of games there and kept them in CFP contention often. Seems like a big loss IMO. I’m shocked he’s leaving tbh, there must be more in play with his relationship with the school
Leaving a team who is locked into the CFP every year and has their own network to get your ass kicked every year by Bama isn’t an upgrade. Hope they paid well
