im not sure these are good examples to use as all these platforms are riddled with issues, for decades :patrice:

it just seems less significant when you get a random error because your life isnt on the line when it happens :patrice:
Almost all low-level hardware centric systems are written in C. It's everywhere.

C is the king of systems programming. C isn't going anywhere and you're not escaping it. Doesn't help that the Unix is c based which sets the standard for a lot of shyt

Iran holding on to that black box could just be pettiness on their part. Also they will likely try to mine it for data to use against an already vulnerable Boeing, a major US defense contractor on the ropes for typical capitalistic excesses that have cost hundreds of lives thus far. Them withholding the box does not mean they shot down the plane. That's a large accusation to levy without evidence. Boeing, however, has a recent history of software failings in their planes and despite the um, "World War 3 :mjlol:" going on at the time, it's already in the back of people's minds that maybe it's time to chill out on Boeing flights for the time being.
