Pretty much...I work for one of the major assembly suppliers to Boeing/Airbus/Military and the assembly workers building aircraft and their parts are about on the same level as a GM auto line worker. Hard to get quality bodies in the door for $16/hr starting. Gotta hope for the high school grads wanting to make a career in aircraft assembly...
