I made that statement since the OP title is very leading, which creates a narrative for the thread.

I didn't say I'm waiting on admission from Mr. Cosby. I'm waiting on more conclusive and damning evidence before I jump on the "sh#t on a n#gga" bandwagon. That's the burden of the state to prove. If they can't, then I see no reason for killing this man's character.

All we've heard is testimony from questionable women with questionable character giving questionable stories about what Bill Cosby did more than 10, 20 and sometimes 30 years ago. I find that sketchy.

If he's a rapist, then let the evidence prove such, without public interference. If he isn't, and he just participates in weirdo sexual behavior with young ratchets past and present, then I hope he sues each and every one of these women for libel and cleans them out. Also, sue any municipalities that engaged in this and make them raise the tax base due to how many millions they had to come up with.

what type of evidence, short of cosbys admittance, would you accept as valid proof. its crazy how y'all keep slamming the women's character, while standing firms on cosbys questionable character. the dudes had like 7 scripts of tranquilizers and he admitted to putting benadryl ( )in someones drink unknowingly. not to mention his spanish fly joke, which centered around unknowingly putting something in a womans drink to sleep with her.

As a black person, I don't care to see a successful black person's reputation tarnished unnecessarily or unjustly. I know I'm in the minority with this mindset amongst the majority of blacks, but that doesn't deter me. I don't deride black people just because. I view that as racially inappropriate behavior.

Until there is conclusive and damning evidence of Bill Cosby intentionally misleading these women by using drugs, that they were not aware of, to incapacitate them in order to take advantage of them sexually, then I will not engage in "get that n#gga" behavior.

You didn't answer mine either. And the reason I didn't answer yours is because its an arbitrary question with no intention other than fillibustering.

I expect the same kind of conclusive evidence that any DA worthy of their title would expect when dealing with a criminal case involving rape. Not hearsay from something that may have happened 23 years ago. The only reason this is in the news is because its a celebrity case. Not because of concrete evidence. Not because of DNA samples. Not because of witness testimony. Not because of any level of evidence that would be needed to file a similar case in ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE.

But because a gaggle of old, dried up and probably broke women who coincidentally all came out with the same story at the same time, MANY YEARS LATER, in a coordinated fashion against the same man. That must be one of a hell coincidence that all of them decided to "tell their story" at the same time about the same man who did the same thing to all of them. If that doesn't seem strange to you, then having a discussion is moot.

From the statement that I read from Bill Cosby, he didn't admit to drugging anyone. He admitted that he along with a woman took pills together. Basically, that he asked her if she wanted to take some pills with him and she agreed. So, they consented to taking those pills together before engaging in sexual activity.

I'm not going to argue that Mr. Cosby didn't engage in some perverse behavior, but if that statement is true, then he did nothing criminal since the woman consented to taking the pills. And if that was the case with the other women, then there is no crime here. Being a weirdo is not a crime.

I'm not the average black person, so I won't jump on the "newspaper said it, so that n#gga did it" bandwagon and joyfully condemn another black person. Not until all the facts come through and confirm, without a shadow of doubt, that he engaged in rape activity.

What I will say is, Bill Cosby is getting his N#GGA WAKE UP CALL. Cosby has been very loose at the mouth with his condemnations of black people and very tight-lipped about white supremacy. Oh, how ironic that he is getting that work from white supremacy as we speak.
