You try to address things privately and if that doesn't work, you have strategic 'leaks' and if that doesn't work, you come out publicly.
When you have to come out publicly, that means that there's internal turmoil for sure, but hearing the 'behind closed doors' convos is something that we heard under Trump (and Obama's) administration as well. That is the majority of articles on Politico and Axios

There is no other candidate in 4 months that can get access to the resources that Biden/Harris have built in the last 4 years to replicate that in 4 months. This is nothing more than pushing Biden out to push Harris out, because those "Democratic" Donors don't want to give up their Trump Tax Cuts & Don't want Harris as President, let alone being an incumbent comes 2028 with 2 or more years under her belt of a successful administration.
