Raiders reddit too. They've been shytting all over Schefter and other insiders calling them clowns because some of their own insiders were painting the picture that Ben Johnson was going to them. Never made sense to me unless it was a package deal with a GM or something.

The idea of Ben Johnson is cool, maybe he does become the next Shanny/McVay. Someone who translates into being able to run a team and juggle all the hats beyond the playsheet.

He also gives me Arthur Smith without Vrabel vibes with some of his gimmick, should shock no one if his arrogance and hubris gets the best of him.

He was solid as a defensive coordinator in the later years. The Saints defense was talented, but their schemes did give Brady trouble

Some guys are bad as head coaches but good as coordinators.

Talented play designer ..but he was never mentioned as the leader type ..which a HC is .Maybe he steps that up
