Why is the DVD of HALF a season coming out at all? 
Why not just wait to the 2nd half to finish then come out with the complete season a couple weeks later which they are likely going to do anyway?

Here's a great interview about the series, it's end, etc. from a couple days ago conducted by Conan O'Brien featuring Bryan Cranston, Vince Gilligan, Dean Norris, RJ Mitte, Jonathan Banks, Betsy Brant, and Bob Odenkirk.
It's pretty funny. Banks (Mike) leaves for 15 minutes in the middle of the interview, everyone is
until he comes back with a beer. 
Conan asked Gilligan "do you ever Google what fans think of the show?"
Gilligan: "The only thing I use the internet for is porn".
