The residents are responsible for the costs of shyt like that? :mjtf:
HOA fees would cover their cost if I'm not mistaken. HOA fees were $1K a month. Times 300+ people. They pulled in hundreds of thousands a month on top of sales. They could've fixed it earlier but waited. Now it's going to cost a whole lot more.

HOA vs Homeowner Repairs; who is responsible for what? - Condo Control

Damage due to negligence
So what happens if you damage part of exclusive use or common areas by mistake? A moment’s loss of focus can lead to untold damage. The onus to fix that damage always falls upon the shoulders of the person who inflicted it. Similarly, when common or exclusive use areas sustain damage due to negligence by the HOA, it’s the association’s responsibility to fix the problem.

For instance, let’s say an individual unit owner experiences a leak due to the HOA’s failure to maintain plumbing. The HOA would be responsible for fixing the leak regardless of the fact that it only affects a single unit. But, the individual unit owner would still be responsible for paying the deductible

Why they have all these useless people putting in a word in plus the spanish translation.

Should be the mayor (Sometimes the gov) head of the emergency personnel or rescue people and a coordinator to announce whoever else want to get a word in. It's almost always up to an hour of filler from random bureaucrats
Its a predominantly Spanish area you stupid ignorant fukk.

It's mainly Jewish. Would not matter if it was mainly Hispanic, cause most speak and understand English. What if it was a mix area of french, Spanish, and Chinese people? Should time be wasted to do 3 different translations. Get out your feelings, there are subtitles and language specific stations for the few people who don't want to learn the language of the land.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
I know people all across America are calling management in their apartment buildings and condos and asking when is someone coming out to look at the building I’m staying in

I couldn’t be able to even sleep if I lived in apartment buildings

Apartment buildings collapsing is a rare event. Actually it’s not even common in developing countries.

houses also collapse (I’ve seen it in person).

You’re just overreacting
