is there another Guardiola I don’t know of..or this man really wants Pep for Brazil?
hasn’t Brazil always had a work rate midfield like Klopp Liverpool, and left the creative shyt to the forwards?
I believe Pep hinted that the Brazil job was interesting to him. It might just have been some nice words but I remember reading something like that.
Ever since Pep hinted at the possibility of training Brazil, pundits and journos havent shut up about it. It's like he's the second coming, when actually he overthinks a lot of the matches in the later stages of the competitions and makes the same mistakes past Brazil managers have done. Personally I dont want him or any other foreign manager training us.
Brazil was never a squad or nation that liked to press their opponent like Pep or Klopp's style of play, basically because this modern football trend hasn't really arrived in Brazil (or because Brazilian managers havent been capable or competent of applying this way of play), which is why the country has fallen behind in the football world, we havent been playing our individualistic samba style of football that we are so known for, nor adapted to the current collective style of play, we're stuck in some kind of football limbo that Tite is trying to get us out of. I wouldn't even say we're like England who have so much quality on the bench but a nutcase manager that refuses to play offensively because that isnt the case, we have a very limited team in terms of top quality, hell Everton Cebolinha in for a suspended Gabriel Jesus could have been the deciding factor in that game because the Man City man is in fact a much better player than Cebolinha.
On Richarlison, he isnt some Ronaldo or Romario and not even an Adriano but he could do a job up top, he's got the physicality but needs polishing in other departments, but that's really the only position I can see him playing. He will be playing in the Olympic team and it'll be his chance to shine.
