We need to use cooks more. Dude should be getting more than 5 targets a game

It will take time to get him fully integrated, but I think they've used him just fine so far. It's not just pass targets, he's also going to be getting his looks on sweeps with that deadly speed. This isn't a team that always comes out firing on all cylinders in September. This team will be COOKING by mid-October.

The defense hasn't looked good, but let's give it time. I just hope they can stay healthy. No more damn injuries, as that's their biggest obstacle.

Yea the D has to step up. Giving up way too many big plays. Our secondary hasnt performed up to par so far.

So far this season
White > Gilly > Burkhead > Lewis
#12 rapport with Dorsett > #12 rapport with Cooks
Gilly is a MONSTER
This is really Butler last season playing with the Patriots
Jonathan Jones is playing like folks expected Cyrus Jones to play
#12 is just #12.....Nothing else needs to be said about him

These net 3 games are really going to make or break our season; we're playing against 3 top-10 defenses in yardage allowed (Texans, Panthers, and Bucs).

Props to Mike Vrabel on becoming the Texans' defensive coordinator :ehh:...hopefully he shows some youthful inexperience on Sunday though:PacHahaPats:

Guregian: Tougher defenses now present big hurdle for Tom Brady, Patriots

It's all about our O-line...if they can hold up against the Texans' rush defense through the middle and give Brady just enough time, the offense will be able to make some moves. Crazy how the Texans have moved both Clowney and Mercilus to the middle of their D-line when they played us last year.

Shaq Mason, David Andrews and Joe Thuney gotta be ready for their matchups

Tom Brady's success against Texans has to start with heart of O-line

We shoulda put breh in the edleman role.
yeah but his speed is too valuable for stretch the field and open it for the other WR..
I think our RB corps can all fil the void. White, Lewis and Burkhead can do some damages on the edelman role.

The CEO of the New England Patriots said early Sunday that he is "disappointed" after President Trump criticized NFL players who kneel during the national anthem.

"I am deeply disappointed by the tone of the comments made by the President on Friday," Robert Kraft said in a statement. "I am proud to be associated with so many players who make such tremendous contributions in positively impacting our communities."

Kraft said the players' efforts on and off the field help to "bring people together and make our community stronger."

"There is no greater unifier in this country than sports, and unfortunately, nothing more divisive than politics," he said.

"I think our political leaders could learn a lot from the lessons of teamwork and the importance of working together toward a common goal."
