On the forefoot of the sole, where the splash design in-grooves meets the suede side panel... i'm going to fill in that area with black paint, to give the front end some contrast and disparity. Creates a more radial dynamic for the streets of the emerald.
Along with the volt lace swap...
… I'll do these justice. You can bet your thick aunt's bra strap on it.

Btw, still having wore my M2K Tekno's from the August FNL drop. I copped some Neon Orange angelus paint so I'm fixing to throw some color on the side panel swoosh and also to the nike check at the bottom of the tongue.
Really like these Element React 87's. Only have a couple for now... but they feel light and the cushionage is A-1. The upper is thin and flimsy.. but where it lacks in lateral support and material makes up for in breathability and lightness.

I saw someone else mention doing the lace swap too. I like them, I initially hated the model and ended up with a pair myself of the OG colorway.
