Yeah I felt bad, cuz I bought the Big Bangs again when homie put that link up last week... Was doubting myself that I could have used that $270 and try to get the Crown Jewels/Fireberry. But now I see them for $800+

thank Jah I got a new pair of Big Bangs.

Thats only the 2nd pair of shoes I paid over $200 for. And I really am doubting myself, after my lil cuz being sick and me tryna live more Rasta, and out of materialism. I gotta set a price point on what I want to spend... it used to be $200/month.

But these new shoe prices start over $200.

As part of next year's 23rd Anniversary celebration, the Jordan Brand will be bringing back the Air Jordan 5 in the original "Fire Red" colorway. Here's another detailed look at the 2013 version, which more or less follows what we saw when the shoe dropped as part of the V/XVIII Collezione Pack in 2008. The most noticeable difference is probably the lack of "23" embroidery on the heel, that element staying closer to the original '90 release. Other features include a 3M reflective tongue, red "teeth" on the midsole and the blue-tinted translucent sole we've seen used often on recent retros.

The "Fire Red" Air Jordan 5 is slated to return in January.

Penny Hardaway's new sign inherits the "Invisibility Cloak" look that debuted on the Kobe VII back in February. This Air Penny V sports a black Hyperfuse-constructed upper, primarily accented by an iridescent teal and purple wing and midsole. Teal also works 1CENT logos on the tongue, heel and outsole, as well as the tattoo-inspired quotes on the pull-tabs. Below sits a black Air bag and outsole.

An official release date has yet to be announced for this Penny V.
